Available Parcels and New Rental Options

Tobias announced several exciting new rental opportunities across the estate, including an update on two new parcel types in the main central Lunamere region.

Water and Dock Cottages

The estate now offers water/dock cottages designed as starter homes or secondary landing spots for residents. These parcels come with a pre-built cottage and dock that don't count against your prim allowance, making them an affordable, low-maintenance option. Each cottage offers 291 prims for L$440 per week.

Tobias mentioned that the cottages include interior shells residents can use to customize paint, floors, and ceilings. The shells are mesh and add only 1 LI. While the cottages have control panels, access can be tricky since Tobias owns the buildings, but he's looking into granting residents access or providing workarounds.

Moody Lakeside Cabin

A more atmospheric parcel is now available: a dark wood cabin perched on a rocky outcropping over the water. This parcel offers 966 prims for L$1,450 per week. Tobias described it as "moody" and said he's in love with the entire aesthetic.

Shop Parcel in Lumora

A spacious shop parcel is available in Lumora, located right on the main dock area. This parcel is open to retail shops, roleplay businesses, pubs, or similar ventures. If anyone knows someone looking for commercial space, Tobias encourages them to spread the word.

Tobias welcomed feedback on all the new parcels, especially from the residents using them, to help make them easier to enjoy.

Sunday Events on Hiatus

Sandbox Sunday and Cinema Sunday are taking a break and may return in the fall. The final Cinema Sunday on 03/22/26 at 4pm SLT will feature the live-action How to Train Your Dragon.

Upcoming Events

Depeche Mode Tribute Concert — Saturday, March 28th

Pia, a Lunamere resident, is bringing Morgenstern to the estate for a special Depeche Mode tribute performance as a gift to the community. The concert begins at 1:00 PM SLT, with a warm-up show starting at 12:30 PM SLT.

80's Supersized with DJ Mer - Saturday, April 4th

Mary hosts this monthly event featuring two hours of 80's music. Tobias gave it a glowing 10 out of 10 recommendation, praising Mary for keeping the playlist fresh, never repetitive, and always finding his favorite songs. Zahra jokingly asked if there would be a supersized hair contest to go with the event, and the idea was enthusiastically received. This party runs from 2-4pm SLT.

Book Club — Possibly Thursday, April 16th

A book club is in the works, potentially scheduled for April 16, though Tobias noted they haven't announced the book selection yet and may push the date slightly. Keep your eyes peeled for details.

Elemental Event — Saturday, April 11th

The big April community event is set for April 11, with the time to be determined. The theme is "elements" — fire, air, water, and earth. Tobias encouraged residents who enjoy working on outfits to start planning now and bring their A-game. The event will run two to three hours. Nyxx shared photos from last year's Elemental party in Rosehaven, noting they'll be using the same build.
