Landowner event support: Landowners are welcome to host their own events using Lunamere resources at no cost. We offer a 64×64 sky platform (to reduce lag), a sizeable prim allowance, and help promoting events through Lunamere channels (inworld notices, Discord, Primfeed). We may also be able to help with event ideas or building support, depending on time and energy.

Estate update: The original plan was for the center region to remain a Homestead, but it was announced it will be upgraded in the near future to a full region. The goal is to centralize meetings and most events (including the main events sky platform) onto one region, partly to consolidate traffic. Adult-rated events will still have space on a sky platform in Tenebrae (our Adult region).

Parcel changes & availability: With the upgrade, Tobias and Nyxx will move to the central region, and their current large parcel will be converted into new Adult-rated parcels for lease. If you’d like to move from a Moderate region to Adult (or adjust your space on Tenebrae), coordinate with Tobias — timing will be in the coming weeks/months.

There are also two unique town/urban parcels in Lunamere Lumora suitable for town living or businesses/RP, if anyone is interested in something a little more urban. We’re also considering brownstone-style options for smaller, low-landscaping living, and possibly houseboat rentals on the upgraded region.

Residents at the meeting also floated interest in boat slips/docks and a small “romantic ride” boating vibe, so we’ll look at adding a couple of boat slips if there’s demand (waterways are limited, but workable for smaller boats).

Website: The website gremlins have been wrangled, and the Land Available page now shows all available parcels as of yesterday.

EEP/Windlight discussion: Residents were polled about estate lighting usage, and we live-tested a new potential EEP. Feedback was largely positive — moody, stormy, atmospheric — though brightness and appearance varied by monitor/viewer/PBR status (one resident on pre-PBR Firestorm saw a very dark sky). Tobias plans to switch to the new EEP with minor tweaks, likely including different water settings.

Housekeeping: Winter landscaping needs to be removed by Jan 31 (season ends at the end of the month).
