Community Meeting Summary — December 2025

Lunamere’s first community meeting was intentionally casual and conversational. Tobias shared that there’s no fixed meeting format yet; meetings will remain relaxed and informal until a natural rhythm develops.

Estate Opening & Current State

• The Lunamere opening went smoothly with very few issues, thanks to residents’ flexibility and patience.

• A small number of auxiliary areas are still unfinished and will be completed later once creative energy refuels.

• Lunamere is already at full parcel occupancy across all four regions, a milestone Tobias expressed deep gratitude for.

• There are no plans to expand beyond the current estate size. The focus going forward is sustainability, balance, and maintaining a high-quality estate rather than constant growth.

Resident Tags

• Moonborn: Residents who reserved land before the estate opened

• Lunarian: Residents who joined after opening

• Moonstray: Friends of Lunamere (with some individual tag updates underway)

• Residents are encouraged to reach out if they notice any issues with tags, land assignments, landscaping, or other concerns. No one should feel overlooked.

Events & Community Activities

• Several community events from Rosehaven will continue in Lunamere, with some adjustments to frequency and scheduling:

  • Monthly dances

  • Movie nights

  • Sandbox Sunday

• A public Lunamere events calendar is available on the website and can be synced to personal calendars.

• Lunamere has an official Discord server with a short questionnaire for access.

  • Non–landowners will have limited, information-only access.

  • Chat and sharing areas are reserved for landowners only, as a privacy measure.

Covenant & Landscaping Expectations

• The Lunamere covenant is live on the website and will be enforced more strictly than in Rosehaven.

• The first area of focus will be landscaping expectations:

  • Lunamere should feel lush, overgrown, and nature-forward

  • Buildings should appear secondary to the landscape

  • Manicured or cut-grass lawns should be rare

• Residents may landscape their parcels themselves or request assistance. Tobias and the estate team are happy to offer suggestions or handle landscaping directly, with requests completed in the order received.

Seasonal Landscaping Policy

• Lunamere will not shift seasons across the entire estate.

• Individual parcels may incorporate seasonal landscaping during designated windows:

  • Autumn: October 1 – November 30

  • Winter: December 1 – January 31

• Seasonal changes should blend naturally with surrounding parcels.

  • If transitions appear abrupt (for example, sharp edges of snow against green terrain), Tobias may add light blending to nearby landscaping.

• This approach allows seasonal expression while avoiding past enforcement issues and maintaining a cohesive aesthetic.

Navigation & Quality-of-Life Updates

• Parcel meters will be renamed with street names and parcel numbers; many currently reflect preorder placeholders.

• A Wayfinder system (GPS-style navigation) will be added to Lunamere soon.

• Teleporters are available in each region.

• A Lunamere HUD is available at the estate landing for easy access to navigation and information.

Estate Rating & Age Policy

Lunamere is a mature estate. While whimsical and magical in tone, it is also a place where conversations and themes may naturally drift into more adult or complex territory. For this reason, child avatars are not permitted anywhere in Lunamere. This boundary helps preserve the estate as a sanctuary designed for adults.

Beyond that age boundary, all are welcome. Whether your avatar is tall or tiny, feathered or furred, radiant or shadowed, Lunamere opens its arms to you.

In terms of region ratings:

• Lunamere Tenebrae is the only region rated Adult

• All other Lunamere regions are Moderate-rated

• Any kink-themed or explicitly adult events hosted by Lunamere will take place exclusively in Tenebrae.

Hosting Your Own Events

• All landowners may reserve a dedicated event sky platform at no cost:

  • 64 × 64 meters

  • Approximately 1000 LI (negotiable as needed/LI available)

  • Access one week prior for setup, plus cleanup time afterward

• Estate resources are available for events held within Lunamere only, including:

  • Use of the estate music stream

  • Promotion via Discord and in-world group notices

Upcoming Highlight: Lunamere Neon New Year & Movie Night (Dec 31)

Lunamere’s first-ever estate event takes place Wednesday, December 31, 2025 with Lunamere Neon New Year — a casual, glowstick-friendly celebration to close out the year and welcome the next.

After the Party — Movie Night

At 8:00 PM SLT, the celebration continues at the ampitheater in Lunamere Lumora for Lunamere’s first movie gathering. Shed the party clothes, get cozy, grab snacks, and settle in for a fun New Year’s Eve film (title TBA).
