Community Meeting Summary — June 2026

We appreciate everyone who participated in the June community meeting! Here's a summary of all the information that was shared, discussed, and announced.

Estate Updates and Development

Home Relocation and the Southeast Corner of Tenebrae

Tobias completed the relocation of his and Nyxx's home and mountain from Tenebrae to the central region of Lunamere. According to Tobias, it was "an enormous project," but the move had a positive side. The vacated space provided a chance to completely redesign and renovate the southeast corner of Tenebrae. This remodel has created a few unique parcels and new public areas to explore. If you haven't visited recently, it's worth checking out!

Road Network Redesign

The relocation project initiated a broader transformation. Tobias has been revamping the road network throughout Lunamere with a specific aim: to enhance the experience of exploring by bicycle, horseback, and small motorized vehicles. He admitted that navigating prims over hilly landscapes is never flawless, but significant progress has been made! About half of Tenebrae and almost all of Elyra have been updated.

The redesign also introduces a new visual differentiation between public and private paths. Main roads will have a distinct appearance, while paths leading to individual parcels will feature a different texture, providing a clearer indication of which roads are shared and which are private walkways.

What's Coming Next

Tobias kept the details under wraps: "the quickest way to make fate laugh and draw its attention is to announce your plans" - but he did reveal that additional work on the central Lunamere region is underway, with new places to discover being developed for the upcoming weeks and months. The aim is to ensure Lunamere remains vibrant, with multiple layers of discoveries for both residents and visitors.

If you encounter any areas that seem incomplete or difficult to navigate, or if you have suggestions for additions you'd like to see, Tobias is eager to hear from you! While he can't guarantee every idea will be implemented, resident feedback is certainly valued.

Community Event Ideas

Tobias and Nyxx suggested reviving the tour-style events at the former estate, Rosehaven, including the popular Trick or Treat group photo and tour.

No decisions have been made yet, and Tobias mentioned it might take a different form, such as a photo event where residents decorate their homes and share pictures instead of hosting a physical tour. It's still in the planning phase, so stay tuned for updates on this.

SL23B - Second Life's 23rd Birthday Celebration

Tobias noted that Lunamere is featured in this year's 23rd Second Life Birthday celebrations, and the exhibit is still open! Upcoming Events & Activities

Finally, let's discuss the upcoming fun!

DJ Mer (Mary Layton) informed us that The 80's Hour (Supersized) will take a break in July since the next event coincides with the American 4th of July holiday, but she anticipates its return on the first Saturday of August.

Nyxx proposed that for those who will be around and those outside the US, it would be nice to gather on July 4th for a low-key get-together at one of the piers in Lumora to set off fireworks, grill, and socialize. Perhaps even play a board game or two! The time hasn't been finalized yet, so keep an eye on group notices and Discord for updates.

Saturday, July 18th from 12-3pm SLT, WICKED - A Fetish Themed Event returns to the estate. We’re dimming the lights and turning up the sultriness for a bold, beautiful, and unapologetically indulgent afternoon. Dress to impress in latex, leather, rubber, straps, chains, lingerie, and fetishwear. Leave your inhibitions at the door. This event takes place in Lunamere Tenebrae, our Adult region, and is exclusively for those 18 and older. Nudity is not required but is permitted, so please be prepared for that possibility. For those feeling a bit anxious, this is not a play party (although you can interact with anything scripted if you wish), so there are no expectations. It's essentially a themed dance party with a little spice. ♥

The next gathering of the Lunamere Book Club is on Thursday, July 23rd, and we've already started our next read! This time, we're exploring "The Hearth Witch's Guide to Magic & Murder" by Kiri Callaghan. The story features an unlikely crime-solving duo: a Witch and a Fey working together to bring a killer to justice. Saga discovers the missing magic in her life, while Avery makes her first friend in two centuries! You can choose to read the book, listen to it, or both! Join us at the Lunamere Community Center at 6 PM SLT, where Aurora Oysternatz and Drue GossipGirl will host a cozy fireside discussion. Feel free to bring suggestions for future reads! We aim to select books available in both written and audio formats to accommodate everyone. Our meetings usually last about an hour, possibly longer if we're particularly inspired.

Friday, July 24th, from 6:30 to 8:00 pm SLT, Justine Johndory Amethyst makes her return to Tavish and Eva's Typsy Tyger! Justine is an exceptional musician who performs live acoustic folk music throughout SL and has graced the Typsy Tyger stage in both Rosehaven and Lunamere. Her performances are always a delightful mix of sass and charm. The Typsy Tyger is a cocktail lounge situated in Lunamere Lumora, owned and managed by Tavish Brock and Eva Bellambi - feel free to drop by anytime!

Join us at Lunamere Lanes on Saturday, July 25th, from 12:00 to 2:00 pm SLT for our inaugural Bowling Party! Come ready to enjoy strikes, spares, and hilariously bad gutter balls. No skills needed - just bring your worst technique and your best attitude.
